Hello Everyone, Saw the link to the forums here via a recruitment post on MIA. I'm not looking for a team, but I'm always looking to support young teams that are up and coming in the sport. My callsign is Maverick, and I've been airsofting for years. I'm prior service (Army), and now spend my time either working or doing MILSIM. I have way too large of a collection to list as far as Airsoft replicas and gear, so I'll leave that out for now. I play on a team called 314. We are based out of SW Michigan and have several playing fields totaling over 2,000 acres of playable, private land. We are 10 strong, and continue to slowly grow. We are a MILSIM team and we have a set standard of operations and uniforms etc. Our website is www.314operators.com , I welcome and encourage you guys and gals' to sign up and chat with us. If your team is ever interested in getting some good MILSIM training in while slinging some plastic, we practice twice a month, one practice being all weekend long. Our next practice is April 19-21 and anyone is welcome to attend, just get in touch with me for the specifics. I don't know how new everyone is here to the sport, but for all of you newer guys, welcome aboard. For any vets out there, I'm sure I've shot at and with you before, and look forward to more of that in the future.

Welcome Maverick. I've been playing for 2 years but just recently( last July) discovered Kalamazoo Airsoft and have been playing there and S.W.A.T is planning on attending OP: New Hope so any advice on MIL SIM games would be greatly apprenciated by the team.

Thanks for the warm welcome. As far as MILSIM training, our calendar is on our website, and we highly encourage teams to come out, in fact we have openings this weekend if you guys have the time. We are within an hour of Kzoo.

Unfortunately we don't participate in Kzoo. We have our own fields with thousands of acres, so we rarely go to another location unless it's a large MILSIM event! But check our calendar, join our forum, and link up with us at a future practice!
