I'm getting a socom gear tan m1911. I would like to keep this gun for a while so I was wondering if you guys have and ideas for upgrades. Thanks.

There isn't a done to do to GBB pistols. Metal slide, better recoil spring, better valve, and then cosmetics like Grips and Sights.
