All together, this setup holds 6 AR mags and one pistol mag (holster has a mag pouch). This setup is meant for high speed, low drag purposes. Everything is easy for me to access and also is pretty low-profile. I am thinking about changing the back to a MAP or similar pack and am going to get some sort of medical pouch which will have things like gauze, band-aids, etc in it.
